As an Aussie, please consider a donation effort to support the fire affected areas in Australia if you decide to release an Aussie pack, there is reports that the fires may have just wiped out the critically endangered Gilbert's Potoroo, and many other species potentially also wiped out and threatened due to the fires. Having an Aussie pack with a donation effort would be super helpful to the rescues and sanctuaries caring for the animal victims rescued in the fires and bring awareness to how delicate our environment is.
We need all the help we can get right now, the fires are still going and there is no definitive idea when the fires will be stopped. This is as bad, if not potentially worse than the 2011 Vic fires where many lost their lives and homes, in both humans and animals.
