I can't decide. I really can't just pick ONE.
Two are okay (mumblemumblepallascatmumble), but just ONE? ... dammit... then I'd vote for the Iberian Lynx , because it is on the verge of extinction. This beautiful cat just needs all protection it can get and when Planet Zoo has the option to sensibilize people for it or just make them pay attention, then please do it!

I love with them since the first time I saw one of this. And they are a very underrated animal imo, everyone thinks about bisons or buffalos but the biggest bovids out there is the gaur.

A macaw species would be a very needed addition, but unprobable due the lack of flying. So I would go with the lowland anoa!
