I would add biome-appropriate dressed peeps. I would love to see guests putting on and taking off jackets when it gets cold like they take out and put away umbrellas when it rains.
I would LOVE 3D textured letters in various materials, like stone and wood to be able to elevate theming.
More fonts of the existing 3D letters
Sign editing tool. As a console player, custom signs aren’t really a possibility and signs are this games biggest sore spot, imo.
More animal species images available for the education boards and billboards, and some without the black info bar at the bottom.

For my first decree: make the game go on one or two years longer!
Second: Large Exhibits that are 8mx8mx4m. This would be for exhibit animals that are too large for the standard exhibit. Examples include:

I could also bring and leave bananas on decks until more monkey representatives.
I would spearhead my vision for planet aquarium.
I wonder make a scene about our unresolved issues.
I would fight to bring back the community managers.
