Illogical Mosasaurus size change on wikia

Hi guys,

I've remarked on the wikia page that the Mosasaurus size was recently changed from originally 17 m, 30 t to 22.5 m, 57 t and described as the largest predator in game in its wikia page.

I don't know who did this and why but this comes out from literally nowhere and this just does not make any sense :

- this is not canon, especially the weight, some promotional material back then indeed suggested 22-26 m long but the weight always maxed at 30 t, not 57 t. This is completely made up data.

- in game, the size is still 17 m, 30 t, I'm unaware of any update on this and there is no reason for Frontier to do this.

- the megalodon, while shorter, is clearly much bigger and thicker than Mosasaurus and is also described more accurately on the wikia as the largest predatory animal. If the Mosasaurus is 57 t, by comparison the megalodon would be 80-90 t then. Or then that would make the Mosasaurus just underpowered for its size as the meg can easily one shot it. Also, no way the meg is just 2/3 the Mosasaurus length, it is just a bit shorter but much bulkier.

- 17 m, 30 t was always the initially intended canon size for Mosasaurus in Jurassic World, Spielberg and Trevorrow decided to visually double its size because with its slender shape it did not look big enough when biting the I. rex. Yet, the game has the privilege to have visually a less exaggerated Mosasaurus so why the need to inaccurately change its size stats on the wikia page ?

When you compare the Mosasaurus model to megalodon (15.5 m, 50 t) and Shonisaurus (15 m, 29 t), 17 m, 30 t for the former just makes sense, it is the longest aquatic but is clearly rivaled and exceeded in tonnage by Shonisaurus and megalodon respectively.

I don't know who did this on the wikia file and why but this is heavily misleading, illogical, not canon to the game or even the movies and should be edited back to the original 17 m, 30 t size.

There is no correct answer. The size of the Mosasaurus changes from scene to scene in the same film. Sometimes it's big, sometimes it's giant. And sometimes it's kaiju sized.

Irrelevant, the in-game mosa does not change size from one shot to another and it is not kaiju sized in it. I refer to the size figured in the game only.

Anyway, the og size was brought back on the wikia, but they also did the same for Tylosaurus, from the correct 14 m, 18 t, now they figure it at 17.5 m, 28 t, for no reason.
