The O.P. seems to have been having a bad day. I have just read their last dozen or so posts and have found myself, dragged down into the depths of despair by the mind numbing repetitive and constant negative criticism; of not just the game; but the posters, players, of life, the universe and everything. So lets not add to their disillusionment, by following their own examples and hope, that they are not here to read the comments made.

All I can say is: Their absence, should brighten things up around here; tremendously.

Game has many flaws while potential is huge.
Those forum white knights/korean grinders addicted to RPG games infesting every constructive criticism thread, every second post is theirs till thread goes to oblivion.
It was supposed to be space sim and it ends up being safe space RPG arcade game.
Same 10 users that live on this forum would be happy if next expansion would be dressing cats for prom night with magic swords.

I'm confused. Were you aiming for irony, or trying to perfectly illusrtate the OP's second sentence?

Does this mean white knights are korean grinders? Damn, i wasn't aware i had any korean blood. My wife has, about 1/8th... maybe its her fault!

We do have a coping mechanism here though - it goes "Blame Tj and carry on".

Pretty much everyone tried to help the OP understand how the Interdiction mini-game works. OP became irate that people disagreed with him, claimed ownership of the thread and wanted to close off any discussion that even questioned whether or not the OP's game experience was the same as that of a typical player. And he calls us jerks.

Sorry. But it's full of jerks. Any sensible gripe is attacked every time by the 'git gud' or 'It's your fault for not enjoying the grind' brigades wanting to shut down any discussion about the games weaknesses. This game won't reach it's potential if large portions of the community are going to be hostile to anyone who raises a criticism or complaint. You can respond having a go at me (no doubt a few will without realising they're illustrating my point for me) but I won't read it. I'm sick of the hostility in this community. It's ruining the experience for me - I figured I will enjoy the game more if I just don't engage with the forum. Bye.

File your post in bug reports or suggestions...and in either case...ignore any comments to your posts there.

Thanks, that's a helpful link. Two wrongs don't make a right though, the OP is clearly frustrated & mocking doesn't help. And frankly, Interdicting is easier than being interdicted. When interdicting I can just watch the ship out the window to see it's orientation, when being interdicted I need to watch the target and the ship interdicting me on my left HUD (having selected highest threat). Plus the attacker is always expecting to be in an interdiction and exactly when it will start, the victim doesn't.
