General Important Personal Data Request

Hi, not sure what I'm supposed to do but I sent this email to support@elitedangerous.com, support@frontier.net and support@frontier.co.uk.
Maybe overdoing it a bit but I do have quite a good reason to so I decided to post here since I've seen a previous CMDR do the same. :p
Anyways, here's the email and my request within it:

"Hello there,
I hope my email finds you well.

This email is meant for the current support team of Elite Dangerous: Odyssey / Frontier, if you are not this company then please delete this email and disregard.

I have returned to playing Elite for a little bit now and I've realized that my CMDR's name is [redacted]. Since I left Elite, I have changed my name to [redacted] and would appreciate if I wouldn't have my actual name on my CMDR.

I was not able to use the ticketing system and I've searched for a while on a way to contact the support team, eventually I've found this email which I hope is still active.

I've also seen that I'm supposed to provide a list of names in order, here is the list arranged from most desired (1st) to least desired (5th):

  1. nullcore
  2. nuIIcore
  3. null_core
  4. nuII_core
  5. null core
I hope that this request seems fair and wish to resolve things without any issues! :)

Yeah, the support guys are a bit behind schedule at the moment, likely due to budget cuts. I'd maybe comment on the original support ticket?

I wish we as a community coordinated more to avoid sending requests, reports and so on in specific times:

Especially the delivery of new updates and also holidays which is times when maintanance needs lot of personnel working on something or it's a time in which ranks are reduced... (lack of employees).

This is the same of when for example there is a crisis going on and everyone starts to call with the mobile phone, and that will clog the antennas and satellite and prevent emergency response to be efficient.

I wish this was actually successfully achieved, by everyone being alerted in their launcher (watch out: do not send messages if you don't really need them right now... and Fdev have all the right to ask for this).

For example Escape From Tarkov forever beta testing does have such thing in the launcher.
FDev have this in the official support page on top of it with a little HEADER signaling so but it can be done better, especially not everyone reaches such support page, nor uses it...

And also I suggest a PACT with the PLAYER: before starting to play a little few lines can be very fruitful for the 5 - 10 - 15 years relation or more that the player will "sign" with the company, like this culture spreads and efficiencies can be obtained, throught the entire gaming time with them and they can work better and so on and this also spreads as good practices to others than Fdev and all the vidoegame industry earns from this.

Here are two additional discoveries based on your suggestions:

  • Turning off ad-blockers won't work
  • Edge doesn't work either

I will try to clear my cookies and cache soon and see how that goes, cheers CMDRs for your suggestions thus far! o7 <3

Sorry for the late reply on this forum, busy holidays :)

To keep things short, after much troubleshooting and testing of browsers, the issue has been regional all along, my internet provider's governmental authority determined to block all my access to any formcrafts.com domain due to it "stealing my data".

To get around this solution I just got a VPN, set it to UK and it has loaded up the form just right.

I am writing this as I am completing my ticket, if my VPN doesn't work and I am unable to have a reply, I might come back to this thread.
