So far I'm loving everything about building in PC. All the themed objects correspond well with other themed items. And I'm sure others have pointed this out at some point... the "F" key triggers objects to the center of the object piece you placing. That's nice and all, but it would be great to have the ability to line-up objects, press the "F" key and it automatically snap the object in alignment with the piece that you're currently working with.
(I keep reminding myself we're only in alpha phase and there's still quite awhile for them to improve features in PC.) It annoys me when I try to place a cornice or a window on top of another surface, and it either floats in the air, doesn't line-up properly creating an eye-sore, or the object automatically flips; then I have to steadily and patiently try to line it up and place it without the effect of objects floating in the air, etc.. So it would just be a lot easier if we had the right tools to allow us to properly connect items where we want to place them rather than manually.
And I know this has been brought up, but I'll go ahead and post it anyway... the axis for turning objects directions. We have pinpoint dots to help us with moving our objects in a 360-degree radius, which is also very helpful and does away with the need for searching diagonal pieces like we had to in RCT3. It would be great if we could also use the negative space between the pin-points so our buildings could have smooth, as well as sharp edges.
