Did you try it? Nowadays, your PC will have severe trouble if you force it to run on non-UTC, mainly due to invalid security certificates.Best we can do is just disable time sync on your PC and set the timezone to GMT +0 and the time to local time. Boom in game clock to local time. It's not perfect but it works.
I've done it before and most things don't care in the slightest. Some stuff is actually strict but that was a very small set since things already handle time being inprecise and the world being +/- 12h the whole time. You can flick time sync back on once you're done. I usually only mess with the clock when trying to trigger timed content since timed puzzles in game work from your system clock which you can flick through rather than waiting for hours.Did you try it? Was gonna say this. Im ATC out of the military. All flying uses Zulu time (GMT/UTC) not just the military. Id say its a skill issue for the uninitiatedIIRC, western militaries all tend to use zulu time for ops.

Imagine the flood of salt posts when suddenly there isn't a universal game time anymore and every player can adjust the clock to their own preference and then constantly mess up their in-game meetings. Universal time, game time, call it what you want - it's not exactly rocket science to deal with.when my mate and me pick a time to meet up on line we just refer a time as GAME TIME. cant realy go wrong.
It should be in UTC like the rest of the game so it makes sense with other activities.Imagine the flood of salt posts when suddenly there isn't a universal game time anymore and every player can adjust the clock to their own preference and then constantly mess up their in-game meetings. What really annoys me is that the message window actually shows local time instead of game time, which is very confusing when you don't live in UTC land. Now that's something I'd like to see to be changed or at least adjustable.
You're not thinking it through. Needs to be a cockpit decoration. To satisfy everybody maybe this could be added to the cockpit UI.
One standard clock and 3 configurable clocks.

In one of my systems, you'll need FOUR sundials and you'll have to take an average or something... because there are four suns.I vote for using sun dials. This was a close call because I was also considering hour glasses and the Clock Tower in Arkham Knight.
