So, with Odyssey, everything is suddenly very dark. And everyone is white haired in their portrait, including my character. Engineer Marco Qwent is doing a cosplay of Geralt of Rivia, while his pal Broo Tarquin is doing one for Vesemir. Not to be left alone, Selene Jean have been doing Ciri, but with Geralt yellow eyes. She's trying, okay ? Meanwhile Lori Jameson is even more androgynous, and I'm truthfully not sure if I should call her or him. (s)he also lost the freckles in the process.

Also, my character is grinning like someone just told her a dad joke and she don't want to be caught laughing.

So, what happened ? Did space radiation finally caught up ? The hazardous leak finally reach the drinkable water ? But more importantly, PLEASE FIX.

I installed in hopes that future updates will take less time to install. :sneaky:

Recently upgraded to a 4TB SSD and a 16TB HDD, so that helps.

The new shaders turned my Commander into a completely different person. Really losing identity here...
I hope so much they change it around and at least make hair the right colour again.
This is a comparison from Alpha, but I didn't need to shoot a new picture, because it's still the same:

Personally, the image on the right looks much better. It's been 5 years, we all get older and go grey, maybe you just went grey earlier than most? You even have more wrinkles as well, did you forget the moisturiser cream?

Those pictures are half decent, the issue is with the small portrait the game use the most. In the small portrait, you have 50% chance to be neutral, and 50% to have a stupid grin.

Anyway, this is what happened to mine :

So, I've lost the stupid orange filter, which is good.Everything else is bad or debatable.

My character went from redhead to white haired.
Eyes are different. They are more yellowish than green now. I sort of like the new eyes, but not with that silly color.
Lips make up is hard to see (you need to know it's there).
Freckles are nearly invisible. Same issue with Lori Jameson.

It look like the same person, but 20years older. My commander was created a few months ago BTW.


The issue is how badly overexposed it seems to be. It's like someone is pointing a spotlight at the CMDR face. Everything is white washed.
