Inara Import not working

I cant get Inara to import my CMdr data. Tried for weeks to no avail.

Always get this message:

Game journal import 2019-09-16:
DOWNLOAD FAILED
Not possible to obtain user journals from cAPI. The Frontier's service is down or cAPI didn't return any relevant data, please try to repeat your request later.
[httpCode: 500, fetchCode: 0]
Error: There was not possible to update your commander data.

I might have misclicked once and chose import from PC. Does anybody know how to reset the import option?
Or has the same problem?
 
Ah oki thanks! It did not work before the update for me too but its good to know I´m not the only one having this problem.
Well, to be fair, it may or may not be caused by the September update. I'm still able to import my data into Inara, whereas I've been totally unable to use the console updater on EDSM since the patch - it fails at the Frontier login. I also can't login directly to https://auth.frontierstore.net/ for the same reason. I suspect that when Inara next requires me to login (which is very infrequent) I'll get the same issue.
 
Mine's updating without issues, very peculiar. I can login to the frontier store address without issues. Also the EDDB market connector uses the same login, and i updated that yesterday after an update
 
My account was indeed set to PC. When trying to change it to Xbox, I´ll get the 401 authentication error from Frontier.
So, back to spreadsheet engineering :(
 
I'm having the same issue. I just get the 404 error. I'll wait till they put out a patch and try again and see if it fixes it.
It won't be a client patch. CAPI works server side not client side and its only Xbox one accounts... fdev will need to take CAPI ofline there side...
 
It used to work ok for me up to the evening of 22nd (or was it 23rd?). Then nada. Only auth errors. :(
This is actually bugging more than other bugs - since these days im only mining, everything was ok after they fixed it.

Well, it's working for me.
I would advise you to go to Inara, in the Discuss Section, first topic in left column (Updates, Bug reports, Request) and post it there.
Artie watches that section and will pick up your issue.
 
@Treptower Park if you haven't already I seriously recommend using the Inara discussion forums for issues with the site. @Artie (the creator of Inara) is really good about support and monitoring this thread for discussion on updates, bug reports, request. https://inara.cz/board/1/#newpost

Most importantly though the history of that thread will give you good indicator of what's going on as the whole thread is public.
