Inara "Materials Trader" facility: how to force an update?

A "Materials Trader" faclity has been added to Inara (under the Engineering section). It's possible to see which Carriers are buying/selling Odyssey materials.

Some of them, anyhow. I can't get mine to appear on there. My account is linked, I have docking permissions open, the bar is open, I've had EDMC running and updated it multiple times, but my Carrier refuses to appear on Inara. What am I missing?

And if this is a common problem, how many other players are being affected?

For anyone who happens to be in the Colonia region, the Carrier "Erebus" is in the Eol Prou WI-W b17-11 system, I'm trying to buy Audio Logs, Manufacturing Instructions, NOC Data, Patrol Routes, Radioactivity Data, Surveillance Logs, and Surveillance Equipment. All prices at 1,000%.

I'm not 100% sure, but you may need to import your commander data (again) through Inara to have the carrier appear and/or linked to your profile.

Edit: I can see your carrier just fine. ^^

As for the market updates, I have found that it does not update consistently, neither through EDMC nor importing data on Inara. I'm not sure if this is a bug with the game or the tools, but for instance I have a buy order out for 1 Thargoid Heart and it doesn't show up on Inara (whereas a large order of regular commodities does).

Ah, got it! The update was on Inara's "Commander" tab, I was looking under "Settings". It was somewhat glitchy, but after a few attempts, it worked.

Just to shed some light on this - at the moment, the only way how to update the fleet carrier's material data on Inara is via Import Frontier data button on your CMDR page. EDMC or any other way won't do that, because I need to gather the data from the journal's trade order events (because it doesn't behave like the commodity markets). Maybe Frontier will add an improved support for the bartender material exchanges in a relation to 3rd party apps and sites in the future, but for now it works this way.
