No offense to all the other excellent content makers out there, in my humble opinion, Isinona is the master of telling a story and creating half an hour Elite Dangerous films that are not only fun to see but instructive at the same time.

So, feel free to answer to this thread if you want Isinona to create another round of Elite videos. His last is about 3 months ago, and should you not have come across them, be prepared watching a couple of excellent Elite films!

Believe it, I had OPEN LETTER in the subject line at first, and then... Hehehe, nope not what you might think, but a call for Isinona to continue... blah blah.... Then I thought, nope, that is not a good idea..

-1 , don't know the fella's circumstances, certainly not going to pressure him to do something that is his hobby. Be chill sure he will do more if he's still into the game.

Maybe he's not so invested in ED as he used to be. It obviously takes a long time to make the videos. When he was new and the game was new im sure it was a labour of passion. Now?

I personally don't blame him for being less driven to make more videos.

Isinona is on Patreon these days and was hoping to make one video per month. Unfortunately he's been too busy recently so the last two months he hasn't managed to get anythjng out but was kind enough to put the patreon subscription on pause so we didn't have to pay anything. Hopefully we'll get another video in time for christmas.

Agreed, Isinona's are legendary and probably my favourite videos to watch in E: D. There's always several butt-clenching moments when I think he's going to ding something with FAOFF, he's truly a master.

I only wish I could make videos that engaging!

I wonder how he makes the videos, this appears not so easy at a glance, or perhaps he records his entire game via an external screen/audio capture tool then cuts them and makes the titles overlays. The cuts are good! Taking out a lot of redundant game play and keeps the stories going.

He certainly does have the talent and skills to do an 1.5 hours film. I could imagine a squadron story of some kind, perhaps including multi crew as well, that would be cool.

Hmmm..... "The Glorious Seven", Vulture, Krait MKII, Fer de Lance, Chieftain, Federal Gunship, Mamba and Python in a Wild West space story. :)

If there were such a squadron and Isinona would accept it, it would have to be all FAOFFers.

My X52 has lost its centering mechanism so FAOFF is out for me at the moment but I'd get a new stick and learn FAOFF if I had the chance of flying with the master.

I thought it was just me that thought he was an amazing story teller, now we can all be Isonona Appreciation Groupies!

The story could be about a massive blow to slave traders.... LOL... Kinda lot of effort to pull a film like that Insonina style. You'd need the slave trader Big ships, a fleet of cutters and support ships for example, and the glorious seven, all experienced Cmdr's and a way to film/ capture that from various angles. Massive undertaking I assume, but what a great fun that would be. I guess a film like that perhaps would even get some support from frontier, in whatever form....

One of the content creators I always take time to watch. Their videos are well made with entertaining storytelling and never fail to rekindle my interest in Elite.
