General Increase range of in game market search tools

i want to use the in game market search tools. i dont want to use inara or eddb really.
the rang of the galmap market search is far too small..... can this be increased.

Agreed. I think the limit is 20Ly. Not very usefull if you want to look at the market from one system. Do mind that you can only buy the data if you docked in the given system once.

I love that the community gets involved in this way, providing resources like EDDB and Inara. All that concerns me is what happens when the providers get fed up of providing.

Typical Frontier, you can get superluminal TB/s (or maybe PB/s) bandwidth with emulation and force-field projectors to pretend you are in a cockpit 65,000LY away, but simple data transfer... Ummm!

The in game tools are pretty janky tbh.

Without resorting to eddb etc I use the trade computer extension:- https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/trade-computer-extension-mk-ii.223056/

It only records data for stations you visit yourself and then can recommend trade routes etc.

Usually I'll fly into and area and take loads of missions to visit lots of stations then let the tool do its job to come up with lucrative multiple stop routes.

Additional functionality for exploring and outfitting etc.
