Increasing space on Nublar should be a priority

I saw someone from Frontier saying that it was possible to have all 42 dinosaurs on Nublar. I find this information very misleading.

Nublar is designed for to to build your dream Jurassic World, without limitations. Unfortunately, space is a big limitation.

Out of 42 species, I understand there are a few that you're probably only going to need one of, such as the T-Rex. However, for a majority of the species, you would want (even need in some cases) to have multiple dinosaurs per species.

From my view, it is impossible to have every species, multiple dinosaurs per species and have 100% comfort without the park looking as cramped as hell.

When I think of a sandbox, I expect to have the ability to create a park that I want, which is pleasing on the eye. I do hope this happens soon, as it's incredibly difficult to build a park that I intended to build.

We played only on one half of the island, why the hell did Frontier put mountains capping the other half? They ended all my plans.

I agree with all of you guys. I don't have JWE as of now but I though Isla Nublar was going to big and you could basically
make a even better version of Jurassic World. But the space and the fact it is not the entire island is sad. I really wanted to
make a Jurassic World 2.0 but with more dinosaurs and attractions.

Agreed

The other islands, fine. It's a challenge. Limited space is expected so it's harder to get the stars needed.

Nublar should be huge. As much of the whole island as possible. No excuses for it to be so small.

Have anyone from Frontier addressed this yet? Apparently Planet Coaster map was expanded after release so I have hope.

Hope they add increased map size to the big FK patch/update.

definitely yes, but not just for isla nublar, for all islands because right now things tend to get so cramped up it doesnt look like an actual jurassic park, just a normal theme park with animals.

i want to see many creatures roam around free as they like in huge pens, while people roam around in gyrospheres, or observe from watch towers or watchposts or overpassing monorail. some dinos are BIG and therefore need ALOT of space.

we also need a way to access water! water dinos are a must!

Wherever you read that, did they specifically state you could have 42 species at the same time, or that you could just have 42 species (maybe across several saves?)

This. Pretty disappointing to be honest. The other islands I can kind of understand (except its lame that Sorna isnt as large as it should) the restriction in space for difficulty purposes but Nublar should be unrestricted. I'm curious as to why they made the sandbox map smaller than it should be. It just doesnt make sense. Hopefully enough people really behind this so they can see it and improve it in a future update or something.

That's where Frontier said that all species would fit onto Nublar. It was the AMA on Reddit a few days before release.

I understand it's probably entirely possible that you could fit all species on Nublar, but having only one dinosaur per species is a little underwhelming.

And with the free Fallen Kingdom DLC coming soon and a high likelihood of more dinosaurs in the future, the lack of space issue is only going to get worse.

Yeah, that's a misleading comment.

What do you mean by that?
A player altered the island files to increase (push out) that boundary limit on every island. He posted screenshots. Now he’s working on a tool that others can use to do it. He pushed the boundary out to the ocean on every island. Granted there are some issues doing that but it greatly allows for larger parks

I was amazed by how small nublar is, I'm quite realistic and i didn't expect to have the whole island to play with but I at least expected to size to be twice or 3 times what we have now
