The Indominus rex got a camoflage gene. However, the Indoraptor a hybrid that was stated in the film to be a prototype has no unique upgrades. I had some interesting ideas and will back them up with cannon evidence.
Idea 1: Camoflage Gene: The Indominus rex had a camoflage gene. The Indoraptor is its clone. It would make sense to have camoflage. Now some argue that it didn't camoflage in the movie. It is possible that the extra Velociraptor DNA diluted the cuttlefish DNA. However, if that is the case then giving it a little extra cuttlefish DNA should allow it to camoflage. And imagine having Indoraptor camoflaged in your park. The goats (and possibly guests) won't stand a chance.
Idea 2: Intelligence Gene: Our current Indoraptor doesn't seem much smarter then any other dino. Ours needs a lot more intelligence. I mean the one in the movie was smarter and it was only a prototype. I think ours should haw new guest kill animation (in addition to the old one) with an intelligence gene. It would be an escaped Indoraptor going to sleep somewhere full of guests. Then as guests tiptoed by, it would wake up and snatch one. They also should break out when the player hasn't been looking at their enclosure. There are a lot of intelligent things they could do.
Idea 3: Pack Hunting Gene: Indoraptor is over half raptor. However, it seems antisocial. With some modification it could be a pack hunter. I don't just mean tolerating it's own kind and socializing. I mean herding herbivores into a kill zone, working together to take down a sauropod, or even pack fighting (one weakens target and surrenders and another finnishes it of).
How do any of these soumd. Be brutally honest.
