Inspector thinks animals are starving

All of my animals are well fed and taken care of, but my inspector thinks that some of my animals are starving. Happened in the third tutorial zoo, the one with the pandas.

Just had this happen myself. Inspector said both of my Komodo dragons where starving when they aren't. Did you open a ticket for this yet?

I can't login into the issue tracker, so I can't submit it to there, unfortunately, which is why I'm posting it here.

The Issue Tracker uses the same login as the forums, if you’re using a Frontier Account. Can you try to disable any adblockers or similar browser add-ons, or can you try a different browser to report your issue in the Issue Tracker?

I hope this helps.

I'm guessing my forum account is something different than a frontier account, it says that my username or password is wrong. Trying to login with steam just does nothing, it redirects me to the steam login page and back to the issue tracker, but I'm not being logged in.
Happens on all browsers with or without adblocker.

You should be able to use either your Frontier Forums account or your Steam account to login to the Issue Tracker. If you haven't already, please use your email address as your username and not your actual username on which you are known on the forums.

I have just tried to login to the Issue Tracker with both my Frontier Forums account and Steam account, both methods worked for me. Perhaps you can try to clear your browser cache and see if that helps? Or try to disable blocking cookies?

While not ideal, the team does gather feedback from the forums as well as the Issue Tracker. Ideally it would be great to have it reported on the Issue Tracker especially since the issue doesn't seem to be reported already.

I've tried on all browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge):
  • Logging in with my username or my mail-address: Wrong username or password error.
  • Logging in with steam: I get redirected back to the issue tracker but remain not logged in.
  • Doing both of the above after clearing all of my browser data/cookies/cache, ensuring that cookies are enabled and all add-ons disabled: same issues.

I really don't know what the problem is, but it just doesn't want to work for me.

In that case it could be that you are using a forum account that is not suitable for the Frontier Store, as that's the main account.

Can you please try to create a new Frontier Store account here: https://www.frontierstore.net/eur/customer/account/create/
Once you have a new account you should be able to use that to login to the Issue Tracker.
Weird though that the Issue Tracker doesn't accept your Steam account as login.

If this fails as well, then I'm going to forward you to Frontier Customer Support for further assistance with your forum account.

I had the same problem today. My full and fat tortoises were reported as dying of starvation in the inspector report.
