Not sure if this is normal or a possible bug at one location. When coming out of Hyperspace at one locations, my heat goes from normal of say 88% to 143% instantly which then knocks me out of Supercruise. Even if I try and fly away when I come out of Hyperspace, 99% of the time, I just end up with damage and kocked out. The only way out is to move onto the next destination while watching my heat climb back up to 130% (Hpyerspace out, supercruise will just get knocked out again if I try and put some distance) .

make sure you throttle right back just before you jump into hyper space. when you start to hear the 4...3....2....1 do it then

Ok no idea then but I do know there is a star type which is very hot, but not come across it myself it may be the problem.
Find out what kind of a star it is.
if i exit hyperspace and the sun is not yellow or orange, i throttle to zero immediately
Well it turns out it's a white dwarf that's causing the issue. If I come in with engines off I can sort of survive, it's just hard to get away without taking a little heat damage. This could just be the nature of this particular star.

Yes, Death Suns are annoying. White Dwarfs are the worst. Follow the advice about throttle, and containing heat (check non-essential systems, shut them down).
At your next docking, make sure you pay the repair bill for ship integrity at the top of the Repair Screen, not just the ordinary repair cost.
