Inter Astra does not work. Frontier's gave me "legs", but tore off my wings (ships).

Good day CMDR`s!
I immediately apologize for my English and, I hope, this will not prevent you from understanding what I will write below.

My problems in the game started two weeks ago (it's been three patches on Thursdays). Since the Odyssey alpha test, there have never been such global problems for me.

Frontier's gave me "legs", but tore off my wings!
I honestly waited all this time and waited for a patch that would solve this problem. I wrote to the support service, I wrote about helping the community manager - none of them helped me with this problem.

In many games, no matter at what stage of development these games are, the support service always responded on time. In other games, the support team responds to the players and helps the players.
Games are not free for a long time, we pay for the pleasure of playing. We pay for a product that we can use whenever we want, and in case of problems, we receive in-game compensation for inconveniences from the developers. But this does not apply to Frontier's, they make global patches and absolutely do not pay their attention to players who are in a difficult situation due to the development of the game. Frontier's made a brilliant decision - if you do not notice the tickets in the support service, then everything is fine and you can accept congratulations from players who have no problems.
It's one thing when the FPS subsides, and another thing when the player is not allowed to play at all.

Sorry for the long introduction, these are my negative emotions ... I still try to restrain myself ...

Briefly about the problems.
On July 07, 2021, during my game on the planet (Odyssey), the game client crashes. Attempts to continue the game resulted in another crash. My attempts to continue the game in "Horizons" displayed a window asking to contact support (as it turned out, this is subtle English humor, since the support of the game does not work).

When all else failed, I contacted the game support for the first time.

Then I wrote to sport again, describing the new problems in more detail.

At the moment, I cannot use any of my ships. I cannot buy a new ship. The Astra rack offers me training, but nothing happens. I'm stuck in an orbital station, I can use the Apex taxi, but not all missions can be performed on it. I didn’t pay money for this game. Give me back the ability to fly my ships.

Apart from that, I found similar problems on the bug tracker. Pay attention to dates and other players' descriptions of issues. I don't know if their problems were resolved in the game, but the status is still not confirmed.

I am sure that there are many more such players with similar problems. Not everyone writes support tickets. Not everyone, including me, can write in English.
Any of you may experience this kind of attitude from Frontier's and you will not receive an answer or assistance in a timely manner.

I appeal to the entire CMDR`S community to help me draw attention to this issue. О7

Haven't been able to get in my ships for over a month now. The most recent patch has caused a problem with logging in entirely, but apparently verifying my files can possibly fix that, which I'm waiting on now.
I know one person got this fixed by support moving them into their ship, but I've not found any other solution. This issue was present back in alpha, the fact that such a gamebreaking bug made it into odyssey... honestly isn't surprising given the rest of this fiasco that was originally called DLC.

I had this problem, i was on a ground mission, my ship was destroyed while I survived. I called a taxi and was unable to rebuy my ship and I also could not enter my other ships. the fix was quite simple, take a taxi to a ground station and shoot at a gaurd, die and rebuy. it worked. you may want to give this a try if you haven't already. If you have and are still in this predicament I wish you best of luck. I just got a reply to a ticket I submitted on launch day, yesterday.

Fraid I've died numerous times since encountering this bug. None of them have resulted in me getting my ships back

Hey folks, can you submit your ticket from this page please: https://customersupport.frontier.co...does-the-connection-error-I-am-seeing-mean-PC

I would count this as pretty much game breaking if you can't access your ships. Could you please also Private Message me your current ticket numbers and I'll give support a poke. It's likely you may have submitted these tickets into a category that isn't as high priority as something like inability to load etc, but I think it is.

If you could do this within the next couple of hours that would be great as the weekend is coming up and I'd rather get this moving before then.

Don't you just hate it... when people apologize for their English then write in better English than most native speakers. ;)

Also, sorry to hear about your problem. Hope FD get you sorted soon.

I had a similar issue after trying to engineer a module on my Dolphin. Turned out that it was a legacy module from engineering system 1.0, and for some reason Odyssey didn't ask me to convert the module to the new system.

So I applied an experimental effect to the module, before I realised this. When I logged out of the game, I couldn't log back in. I got the same error message as the OP.

I could, however log into Horizons just fine. So, I flew my Dolphin to a station in Horizons, checked out my modules, as I recalled having done some engineering in my previous session, and saw that one of the grandfathered modules was indeed now sporting a new experimental effect that it should have never had.

I converted that module to the new system, losing the experimental effect in the process, as expected. And that allowed me to leave the game and log back into Odyssey.

I don't know if the OP's situation is similar, but the fact is that Odyssey doesn't seem to offer a conversion to the new engineering system as it should. Which, at least in my case was why it refused to let me log back into the game. As the module now had 2 experimental effects, which is probably not kosher in any way.
