Not exactly fixing things based solely on the AMA from reddit - if that's where you're coming from.

Feedback (that we can readily achieve before release) from various sources is all going into the game's 'last minute' tweaks, edits, polish.

Larger changes (such as textures, animations (animations take a lot of time to perfect!!), etc), and tweaks will probably come in with a future update/patch.

I doubt they are fixing the stuff all the people were complaining about. More like some stuff they noticed themselves that had to be taken care of.
