I wonder if purchasing (if Shipyard available somewhere close) an "Amnesty Ship" nearby (crimes/fines tied to Ships, right?) could be an interim solution ?
New Ship AFAIK "should" be clean, come with a full fuel Tank and (hopefully) affords required jumprange to seek Interstellar Factors - provided the places reachable sell an A-Grade FSD for it.
Alternatively, someone could summon a "LongRange Rescue" Hauler prepared and parked somewhere.
Board the clean, cheap long-range Hauler and it should afford to have you fly out of Trouble or quickly reach an IF facility to get yourself out of such a situation.

Or had the combat ship transferred after flying ther in a Hauler. If shipyard access is blocked, you're SOL.
No. Never commit crimes against the only station around when you are fully dependent on them is though.
We need the galactic AA or RAC to tow ships back home.

Just contact fuel rats, they towed people for thousands of LY and respond in seconds. And just add a small scoop next time when you leave the core bubble.

FWIW I'm also in CEOS and had the same problem, ship only got about 75% fuel left, docked at New Dawn anonymously, couldn't refuel or change ship to one with longer jump range. After souring galaxy map set out for ALAMGAST using most economic route and stored two modules there and bought two large fuel tanks and set out for MORAIKDA where there is an Interstellar contact, paid off 200 credit fine there and back to ALMAGAST where I had to pay a charge on each of my stored modules to clean them before I could refit to my ship and the back to CEOS. All this for measly 200 credit fine gained by accidentally hitting a security ship whilst defending myself from 4 pirates. Seems like a lot of work for a very minor transgression. If I'd been in one of my smaller ships then I'd be stuck in CEOS without going anywhere. I'm not in to the combat side of things as trading and eploration are my thing, don't think I'll bother with fighting back in the future, I'll try and make a run for it instead

ok. thank you all. i'll try to contact the fuel rats... my explorer conda is also there. normaly i visit hotpoints with my conda and transfer my vulture for missions... cause in my vulture there is no place for fuelscope and tank want to say, i never need these modules for vulture... new times, bad times. i have to learn again...

Robigo is 52.14 ly away from Ceos, can you reach it ? Maybe there is an interstellar factor contact there.
