Interstellar: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack + Elite Dangerous= Awesomeness

Recently I've been streaming ED to my laptop and instead of listening to the ED in-game music (which is great as well) I opted to stream the Interstellar Soundtrack through Spotify while playing. Doing this has helped me get through the longer parts of the game; like when I have a 10 point FSD jump to another system. it makes the game so much more enjoyable. Some of my favorite tracks when they come on are:

1. Dreaming of the Crash
2. Cornfield Chase
3. Stay
4. Through The Wormhole
5. They're not Mountains
6. I'm Going Home
7. Coward
8. Imperfect Contact
9. No Time For Caution
10. S.T.A.Y

last night I was getting ready to Interdict a Wanted Pirate when "They're not Mountains" came on which made the experience that much more fun. I snuck up behind the , pulled him out of FSD, and had killed him just as the song ended. Nothing but a big smile on my face afterwards. Anybody else listen to other Soundtracks or music while playing? I love this game. :D

It's not the same I suppose but I tend to create playlists on YouTube that set moods and such and use them while exploring.

I recently watched an episode of Enterprise while making the Hutton orbital run. The whole episode. I am thinking of putting a 70's/80's playlist together, get a Guardians of the Galaxy vibe going.

OK, so I bought Interstellar on DVD a few weeks ago but haven't really had the urge to watch it. Is it worth a watch? Sorry for being off topic.

That series (COSMOS) was amazing. I had actually read the book several times when I went into my Astronomy class in college and the professor said it was our text book.

I mentioned earlier Daft Punks Tron soundtrack fits so well, now I'm home heres probably my favourite track to listen to while playing ED
