Invisible Planets

I was trying to land on some mineral rich planets to do some surface mining. Much to my surprise, whenever I approach a planet, it is represented by a bright dot, like I'm approaching a planet from 400Ls away. It never gets bigger, so matter how close I approach. I have gotten to within 50km of a planetary surface, and there is still no planet. I've tried approaching several planets in several systems with similar results. Was there a game update today that went wrong?

Sounds like a GPU or GPU driver problem. Try updating or rolling back your driver, see if that helps.

I'll give it a try, but it's interesting that it is only affecting planets and not stars or landable ships. I just launched from Gnosis when this started happening.
