I would really like to see all letters of the alphabet as recolourable objects (different sizes too, preferably). I think they would come to great use in many ways, especially when making a ride sign. The signs we have now are kind of restricted and the text sticks out a lot.

It would probably be better to have a 3d sign without background, meaning a 3D text you could write on the fly (being able to change its color). That would certainly be more comfortable/efficient than having dozens of signs (one for each letter in all possible languages).

Indeed, an invisible background would probably be sufficient too. I don't really like the look of the signs or the texts as they stand right now.
Although having them as invidivual items would make them more versatile
