I would like Planet Coaster to come to iPhone as I don't have a computer but it would be nice to actually play Planet Coaster on an iPhone.

This game can barely run on desktop computers without a fairly good GPU, CPU, and cooling system, and it's clear why, the graphics are impressive to say the least. I don't think there will be any mobile device powerful enough for a game like this for at least 5-10 years

i think if they would make it, they would turn down the graphics, have less rides, horrible supports, ugly textures, limits to your park map and coasters and THEN it might be powerful enough on at least a phone with 4gb ram and a good processor.
