Far off. The software for the game stopped working but the Xbox was still fine, I could open my guide and everything. Tell me how that is game related?

So... if I am up to date OP: You have played the game for over 13 days and 16 hours. What baffles me is #1- you hadn't already learned the no re-buy lesson, and #2- You can't cover a re-buy of less than 3 million? That's only like a $60 million ship, with what? $1.5-2 million in cargo? What do you do while logged in?... Odd...

Anyway, to the CQC point, it works. Nobody ever plays. I have tried a few times. When it was new I got in some games (though the balance was skewed, a wing of 4 always gets paired, and when you get 6 players game starts 4v2... yeah... fun they say...) Last few times I attempted CQC I just sat waiting for a game... for awhile there was another guy waiting with me... we 'd for 10-15 minutes then gave up the wait. Haven't tried since then. Maybe if there was a way to show games/lobbies in the menu and you could tell there was no one playing...

OK I get it I needed the re buy. Quit reminding me, I know what risk I was taking. Software malfunction is beyond user control - so you want to tell me that regardless of morals, it is my fault that the software faulted. Do not talk to me about morals.

You people don't understand; I lost communication with the game but not my Xbox. I lost my ship because of something beyond my control. I was ready, I don't need the re buy cost do carry business, I got caught off guard simultaneously while my controller lost communication with the game. If that is my fault, then it's Aliens fault that Jesus died. Stay on topic.

No one is saying that it's "your" fault you lost control, but flying without rebuy is accepting that if something happens to cause you to lose your ship, regardless of whether or not it's due to a situation under your control or not, you're losing your ship whether you like it or not. You're the one who choose to fly under rebuy, you had the choice of making sure you were insured against anything including but not limited to controller disconnections/malfunctions, one hit kill npcs, software glitches, and/or random acts of God/karma/bad luck.

Short and sweet, by knowingly flying without rebuy, you're saying that if you lose your ship by any means, you're fine losing it period. Not trying to sound rude or anything, just trying to be as clear as possible.

All jokes aside.. I lost a anaconda a while back because my battery died.

But..that rebuy was ready!

I always keep at least 30 to 100m in reserves just-in-case something goes wrong.

You're not wrong. I can not argue, I am losing faith.

I realize I made a mistake and it will probably add to the fact that the malfunction had nothing to do with my mistake, so because I didn't actually fault in game. I can no longer participate in an investment (game=time/money) when by all means rationally, the ultimate result wasn't my fault. I may resign and that's not a sob story. I took a risk and its almost as if the game knew it and said "time to err". I'm so done,
