Yes.
But depends whether the ship is docked at the place your at.
Assuming it is you simply get in it and take off.
You can find your ship in the system local map

Go to ship. Disembark in SRV. Disembark SRV on foot.

Yeah, that's too bad but there are no on-foot entry / exit doors for surface stations. You can only do it through your ship or SRV like Factabulous said.

If you don't have a ship then you're indeed stuck indoor. Then only thing you can do is to take an Apex Shuttle to somewhere else. If you have zero CR, I guess you'll have to call a friend to pick you up, hehe.

Apex to place with Inter Astra -> Go to Inter Astra -> Call Ship -> get in ship -> get in srv -> disembark SRV -> walk out of station -> call ship.

May not need all steps
