Is it possible to upload a saved park in a new started park?

I don't understand your question.
Every separate game you've got saved is a "park" shown on the list of "my parks". You can upload them all. However, you always upload a copy of the park in the same state that it was last saved in. IOW, you start a new challenge or sandbox park so it's just flat, blank terrain. You can save it in that state and upload it like that. Or you can build a complete park with dozens of rides, shops, and thousands of customers, save that, up and upload it. And everything in between.

I think hes asking and I actually have a similar quest if you can upload a park then open it in a different mode. For example I'm currently working on a park in sandbox. I'd like to import it into challenge mode so that I can actually take a whack at managing it. Is this possible?
AFAIK, it works like this:
Career mode parks can only be played in career mode. (has only "resume" option)
Challenge parks can be played either as challenge or sandbox. (has "open as challenge" and "open as sandbox" options)
Sandbox parks can only be played as sandbox. (has only "resume" option)
