Is Jameson Memorial broken?

Jameson Memorial is supposed to have all(most) all ship and modules available for sale. Of course, there are a few exceptions, like enhanced performance thrusters, but all the normal stuff is supposed to be there.
Today I visited to outfit a ship to fight in 22460, only to find it missing a large portion of standard options.

Mine Launchers? None. Missile racks? Only class 3 seekers. Cargo racks? Class 1-5, but no class 6-8?

Is Jameson Memorial bugged?

Okay, I can confirm this is bugged exclusively in Odyssey. I swapped to 3.8 and all the modules were there, just like they're supposed to be.

Stock is not unlimited at stations. It will refresh eventually.

I could potentially see that being the case with cargo racks, but mine launchers? Class one Advanced multi cannons? Nobody is buying those, and certainly not in sufficient quantities to run a large station out of stock. Not to mention them being in stock in 3.8, but not in 4.0.

Stock is not the same across platforms, so perhaps they have also separated horizons & odyssey. Honestly mate, I've been around since Gamma, stock has run out at both Jameson and Ray Gateway, random stuff. We have no idea what others are purchasing.

No harm in logging a ticket though.
