Is my game messed up or is every system in a state of war?

If you're looking at the galmap it could be the bug where it shows the remote system as being the state of the system you are in. Not everywhere is at war.

It seems that "all systems are in war" may be a bit exaggerated

Interestingly I'm seeing no War system states at all...

Disgarded a failed mission and the war states have gone, but now every system is in investment. Just have to wait for a fix at some point.
