It seems like since the last update, the "cobra screen bug" where it loads on the cobra screen, with almost no system activity for not just minutes but literally more than an hour seems to be back for me. The issue was fixed with one of the updates following the thememakers toolkit and came back for me with a update between the ghostbusters dlc and the newest patch. Not exactly sure which update brought it back since i had no time to play between ghostbusters release and the newest build.
Is there anyone else experiencing this issue again? I've already submitted this to the Bug Tracker.

MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus,
32GB DDR4 3000 CL15 Memory,
AMD RX Vega 64.
Running Windows 10 Pro with every update and driver up to date.
I tried to reinstall the game on different hard drives to iron out issues with those. Even tried it on a NVME SSD. No change in behaviour at all. It is exactly like last time this bug happened and it seems to be back just 1 to 1.
