Is the Cutter worth it?

You must be fighting some bad pilots then. And who says we all fly with 4 in Wep all the time because it's mandatory? Like what?
If you have 4 in sys, you're probably going to have two in wep. Explain to me how you're going to out DPS a Vette with 4 in Wep pips that can literally fly circles around you (and we can also go FA off you know? Also, you act as if flying backwards will save you when to counter it all I have to do is disengage), with a C7 Power Distributor?
And that's of course, not even assuming they don't have 4 in sys, two in wep as well. Or don't have some in Eng to out maneuver you so you can't hit them short of turrets?
Lastly, I'd love to see you kill a all engineer multicannon Vette with a pilot who isn't garbage. Good luck surviving even two minutes against 6 guns with incendiary multicannons (great against shields) and 1 corrosive to lower your armor when shields go down. I've killed fully A rated anaconda's with prismatics even while they were using SCB's in under 55 seconds while barely taking any damage to my shields.

I have a Cutter and use it in PvP. Haven't died in it yet.
Probably haven't accomplished anything in it either as you were to busy turning
Nobody serious about PvP would ever take a Cutter over the Corvette in a direct "who's better" situation.

I beg to differ, when i was over at the carthage CG would openly 1v1 challenge all cutters, annies, vettes, and fdl's that i ran into, for the most part (which i had no thruster mods at the time) i was able to keep a bead on all of those ships turning the fight into a battle of attrition minus heat weapon users, back peddling with FA makes a huge difference.Probably haven't accomplished anything in it either as you were to busy turning

Actually I've kicked several Vettes and Condas in the nuts. Grade 5 Dirty Drives make it a breeze.
Got any combat vids up? I'd be v interested to see what this looks like in action, does it basically handle like a fat clipper when upgraded? (as opposed to a jelly sliding down a teflon hill)
I'd like to make mine a pirate flagship one day, if manauverabilty is actually viable. I need a bigger ship to come out first though & be the new trade king.

Mhmm, has enough to buy a cutter but has no idea who LYR is...going to guess smuggling and a very sad thread in the next few days about how they got blown up because a harmless pirate cobra killed them
