Another Gibbon is another primate so im cool with it.
Overall i dont mind simply getting more of similar things so you can better fine tune what you want, for example with the two wolves, tigers, elephants and caimans.
Its also not uncommon that a zoo has multiple gibbon species.
Its honestly pretty dope that just like woth the otter, frontier first choose the one thats most different, as know any other gibbon would have a nice contrast with the siamang.
While the Lar Gibbon would be great, theres also a third Gibbon species i would like to see, the yellow cheeked gibbons.
With 47 holdings they are the 3 most common gibbon species in the EAZA and belong to the family of crested gibbons.
The males are black with beautiful golden cheeks, while the females are blonde with black crest.
Their range also would be outside the ones of both the Lar and Siamang.
This Gibbon Species also got Special intentions from the EAZA, which extended their breeding programm and making them much more common in zoos, especally france.
Also i just think they are cute.
