Is there a list of Unlisted Bases? If not, lets make one.

My question,
Is there currently a list of unlisted bases floating about?

I don't mean those found by listening posts,
I mean those owned by a minor faction with facilities and amenities that we can use that aren't listed on Gal Map.
(Active bases in systems with No Allegiances and 0 Population).

For example:
Redmarch Laboratory in California Sector JH-V c2-12. (Gal Map shows this an unpopulated, but it isn't)

I'm using this example because I happened to stumble across it today and it got me curious, especially after noticing it's on a moon orbiting a Gas Giant with Ammonia-based life. I wonder how many are out there, and if they hold any secrets? [alien]

If there isn't a list, lets make one! [smile]
(If this is a thing I'll make a table and stuff of name, location, coordinates, allegiance etc...)

Redmarch is an Alliance project out in the California Nebula.
Theres quite a bit going on out there.
The bases are "secret" in that we aren't letting Universal Cartigraphics know our population numbers out there.
Mainly because part of the project involves fungal BioWeapons to use against "insects"

If you're not an Alliance CMDR you are a "legitimate target"

This is like Heisenberg's uncertainty principle ..... is it possible the bases could exist in a listed and unlisted form at the same time? How would we achieve that? By listing a hint to their name, but not quite the whole name ? [noob]

Also Redmarch has a world with "Ammonia Based Life"

I know that stuff is not uncommon, but in the 2.4 message from David Braben OBE
"Thargoids" ... "we do know" ... "Ammonia Worlds"

I as a beginner have come across a couple now after doing a DSS and then landing, Srv explore.
didn’t show on any scans. Just had a few canisters 4 skimmers and a sentry bot thing.
not a lot of value tho.

.... conversely.... I'd rather the blue-circle mechanic go and be replaced with the search-zone mechanics, with the same frequency as USS system-wide (so there might only be one on a given planet), and be made way more substantial.

The current system that spawns an assassination mission using this is already pretty neat.

EDIT: Yes, major necro, but interesting talk since...

But that's dangerous, examining the list would collapse the probability bubble and what if it collapsed the wrong way? Poof...there goes the station! So I suggest we have a list, but nobody is allowed to look at it.
