How about supporting USB DJ Turntables? I think that'd be just as useful for Elite Dangerous.
besides, kinect will waste precious memory.. I'd rather have Frontier use that memory to boost graphics.. (Like they do in 1.6)

I added kinect voice commands to Skyrim on the 360...until my wife clapped me round the head at 3 in the morning for waking her up shouting "Fus-Roh-Da!" at the TV..
oh well, looks like we wont ever have voice commands for our ships.![]()

Kinect uses (IIRC) 10% of GPU resources for the camera and tracking etc....
Adding support for Kinect to ED would mean sacrificing graphics, it's as simple as that.
