So If and thats a big if Some one stores cargo which matches mission board cargo required you can stack Wing missions and Share those missions.. Then Every ten minuites you can dump the required cargo to the stations and complete missions instantly full filling the missions in micro seconds and then hand in is all thats required to complete fetch cargo missions...
This does need research first before hand to work out what cargo might be required...

you can only stack 20 missions though. and share 1 mission at a time. and the high inf reward can be only taken by 1 of the wing. so basically you'd have 4 players having stacked 20 missions each, each of those missions giving 1*5 + 3*2 mission plus: 11 mission plus = 220 missions *4= 880 mission plus. at which point you have to share the enxt mission, everyone has to accept it, before hand in. that's not micro seconds, and considerable longer that each of those 4 having done 20 5+ missions. and after that you are back to the process of stacking.

Hmmm. I obviously made a mistake. (happens often)
130 missions should have been 1.3 billion missions.
Stacking is legit. I agree.
And I think there are massive factions here and there, but don't know off hand.
As far as gleaned information, there are factions that hate each other.
Posted info on Inara is not always up to date, or filled out properly, and maybe inaccurate.
That is why I don't want to say anymore.
