If it were one material per 'area' it'd be pretty useful. Once you find the area/material you're looking for you can collect as many as you need. But if it's one material per body? Ick, yeah, that's definitely a bug. Relogging should never be necessary.

Can confirm, but it's only iron for me. Both geology and old biology gives only iron. Bronzite Chondrite, Mezosiderite and other non-geolocigal thigs work well.

If you made an issue, can confirm there either.

Green for Iron, Cyan is Sulphur.

That's odd, as iron should be red.

That's odd, as iron should be red.

Oxide is red/brown - Hydroxide is green - Sulphate lighter green. Where I've seen it is on water ice planets without oxygen, so it's likely not to be the red kind.
