Issue with accessing the Claire's Sanctuary Dinos

Hello everyone

sorry if im missing something here, but I finished the Claire's Sanctuary DLC, 5 starred the island, i've completed all the missions.

After completing it, i went back to my original campaign save, to make a brand new cool park in sandbox mode (in my original campaign save)
It says that i dont have access to the new Claire's sanctuary dinosaurs, as it says i need to complete the claire's sanctuary missions.
I have completed all the campaign missions and everything in that save. anyways, so i try and open up a new challenge mode to see if i can get access to the dinos there.

I started a challenge mode on Nublar north, and it still says i need to complete the Claire's Sanctuary missions to gain access to the new DLC dinos.

Please help, am i missing something, or is it just a bug?

Seems like a bug. They unlocked fine for me. Perhaps try reloading your five star sanctuary park and see if that "re-unlocks" them?

So I think I may have found the source of the problem, which i think may of been a bug.
So in the Claire's campaign, i finished the missions requiring the rescued dinosaurs, but then after I had done those missions, some of the rescued dinosaurs died of old age, before i was able to five star the island.
While It said that I had completed all the missions, and it says that i have completed the Claire's Campaign, I think there may be some bug, that because my rescued Dinos died, it somehow doesnt register that i have completed the campaign, and so i cant unlock the DLC dinosaurs in any other campaigns or challenge mode.
I have tried reloading the Island, i have tried to get 100% of all the fossil genomes, and researched everything possible, just in case if that would trigger something, but still no luck.
So I think this may have been a bug, please if anyone knows more about this then me, please help, i really love the new dinosaurs, and the paleobotany, and i really want to build a cool new park on sandbox mode with the paleobotany and the new dinos, but because of this bug i dont have access to the new dinos (outside of Claire's Campaign).
I loved the Claires campaign, but i dont want to have to do it all again.

After finishing the Claire's Sanctuary campaign, once back in your original campaign save you should check your reputations. You need to have a high enough entertainment rep on Isla Sorna to unlock Ouranosaurus. On Isla Pena you need high enough rep with the entertainent division again to unlock Albertosaurus, and on Isla Muerta you need to up your science rep to unlock Euoplocephalus.

yeah i have tried that, and it shows the little tick to say that i have a high enough reputation, but it says i need to "complete the Claire's Sanctuary missions" to get access to be able to research the dinosaurs.
I also cant acess the dinosaurs in new challenge modes, as it says I need to complete the Claires sanctuary missions, which I have
