issue with frontier store.

i invested in EDH and bought some bobble heads to brighten up my cockpit. usually a purchase is done in a cple of min, but tonight. its now been 2 hrs and i still haven't received them in game. in my store account transaction has completed.
any one else having this issue?

No, but I have had a lot of stuff I've purchased disappear from the Livery screen for hours at a time. Whole ship kits, paint job packs, and decals missing from the list for hours.
 
Well they are having issues with the missions boards since today's little update, so maybe that's also affecting the livery somehow?

Oh - I've often had to wait till the next day to get stuff I've purchased. But then - I live in the UK, if I buy - I buy in the late evening, so I assumed that a human (who was working 9-5) was required to complete the transaction.

Is that not normal? Should it really be instantaneous?
 
this is strange just purchased some detailing and received them straight away. but i still haven't received the bobble heads. :(
it also states here i have purchased them.

Can you confirm that buying from the online store is fully automated? Or that it requires a Frontier member of staff to complete the transaction? Not a problem either way, but I am unsure at weekends, whenever I buy something - whether to expect the bought item to appear the same weekend or not.

It's fully automated but sometimes (very rarely) stuff goes to silly places and they need to push something in the correct direction again...
