It says I don't have the game purchased

I bought the game on Steam and when I signed up and logged into FrontierStore I was able to play it without any problem, then when my account was closed the launcher told me that I didn't buy the game. To test it, it asked me for a key, but Steam never gave me a key. I don't know how to solve it.

I got up, entered the launcher and already had the account started, I don't know what happened, but it seems that they fixed the problem. Was it solved for you too?
 
There have been off-and-on issues with Steam's side for years. Frontier can't do much more than alert Steam to the issue. That's part of the reason I haven't done much with my Steam linked account. I enjoy Steam, just not for ED.
That may or may not actually work. It is quite possible the issue was resolved before the change was completed on the user's end. Only Steam knows the truth, and they aren't going to share it. I suppose it can't hurt to try it, even if it just gives one something to do while the issue resolves itself :)
