Italian translation missing?

This is the answer I received from the technical support for the lack of the Italian language .. why is it possible that for once again after elite Dangerous the Frontier continues to ignore my language? We are very disappointed.

Unfortunately, we do not have further information regarding Italian language support at this time.

Subtitle Italian for Jurassic World Evolution?

Hi, I open this discussion to ask programmers to insert subtitles in Italian for Jurassic World Evolution. I do not understand why the Italian language should be ignored in this way... Thanks

you know the game Salt and Sanctuary?? is a 2D action role-playing video game developed and published by Ska Studios. The game was released on March 15, 2016....now explain to me as a team of 2 people through google translate have entered the subtitles in Italian and you can not do it?

Has it been definitively confirmed that there are no Italian subtitles in the game? Steam doesn't currently list Italian as a language for the game, but perhaps you should wait until it's a little closer to launch. Also, did you really just ask them to cancel your pre-order in this forum thread?

I own all the games produced by this software house, I always flew over the localization in Italian, but arrived at this point, on an important game like this, I ask you, we Italians are really a market so poor as not to deserve at least subtitles in our tongue? We know we are a minor market and we certainly do not ask for a full ita edition

You need to accept the fact that Italian is a not one of the biggest languages in the world. It's 18th in total number of speakers worldwide. So they have to consider is it worth spending money to translate it to a smaller language. If Italian was in the top 10 languages then they would make it a priority.

Look at all the games on Steam. Many games don't have Italian language support.

mine was a request and a hope, the fact that you bring me the list of the most used languages ​​taken from wikipedia is not useful for discussion, we already know the reason why there is no support for the Italian language, we were looking for together developers a solution.

We always had italian support for basically any game of the last two decades, majority of AAA games have dubs in italian. It's not some language spoken by 12 people somewhere in an island in Oceania.


Not that I care I would have played the game in english either way, but dismissive comments like yours just get on my nerves.

Stop crying. These "it's not in my language (subtitles)" threads need to stop. I'm dutch and it's an exception when a game is ever in dutch. They can't make the game in every language and i rather have them focus on other things!

Hey look, another dismissive comment. This forum is like a magnet for you kind of people, isn't it.

My whole point is that "look at the most played steam games, very few have italian language support" is a lie. Every major game has at the very least italian subtitles.

Again, I couldn't care less if this new jurassic world won't have italian support, but dismissing our language as "it's just one of the many, it isn't supported all that much in today videogame industry anyway" is just stupid. 90% of AAA games have italian dub since the psx era.

It doesn't seem like you don't care. Ok, so this game doesn't have your native language. BOOHOO. It doesn't have mine neither. It seems like you're O-K with English, so why whine? The world can't always do whatever you like.

Let them focus on more important things.
