Item Error on the E.D. Livery Store

Hello fellow Commanders,

My hope is that you can help me as this error has persisted for atleast two weeks now.

I have raised a ticket with FDev over a week ago and created a new one with more detail of the problem.

I have also attempted to raise a support ticket with Frontier Store - sadly despite my efforts I could not find a way to do that witth claiming my log-in to the store wasn't working ( which it is )

Since I have had no response from FDev in any capacity to my ticket(s), nor any option to directly emial the problem I am left with hoping someone here can pick this up, or perhaps explain why - so let me get to the nature of the problem.

In the Livery > Detailing menu there is a multi-pack product

As you can see highlighted there is the 3 Item Detail Pack - Containing the Purple Engine Detail, Purple Weapon Detail and the Vibrant Purple Paint job.


Sadly if you try to buy this item you are met with

I receive the above error - sadly when attempting to contact Frontier about this issue my Ticket(s) have been ignored for over a week -

I attempted to purchase the pack through the Weapon Detailing as well - sadly the same result as above -

Finnaly I went to the Game Extras > Store > from the Main Menu

As you can see the Multi-Pack is different, only containing 2 items ( and not 3 ) - these Items include the Weapon and Engine Purple Detailing -

Not a worry, I feel the Vibrant Purple Paint Job is a bit much - so the detailing will do! - sadly

Sadly I have tried everything I can think of and I would really like to have the Engine / Weapon Detailing Pack as it will work well for some of my builds - sadly the Frontier Store's "Invite to Buy" is broken and there doesn't seem a way to report it directly.

If any fellow Commander can help with either a location to contact or even a reason as to why it might be broken - iw ill accept anything at this point

The Purple multi-pack item you highlighted was available as a “Twitch Drop” for those who watched the Supercruise News stream online some months back.
 
Thank you for your repsonses Commanders - I do so apprciate it.

I have an alternate account and was able to claim the Twitch Drops - these items are awarded to your acount as you "log-in" they are not a selectable item as far as I have known.

While I do suspect a bug, I am confused as this is only something that has been made available just over the last couple of weeks, with the last twitch drops awarded much further back.

Points of confusion
1. Why is there a price in Arx if these were drops
2. Why are there two different item packs to purchase from Game Extras > Livery ( 3 item pcak ) and Game Extras > Store ( 2 item pack )
3. Why have Frontier Developments / Frontier Store not responded to the ticket(s) I have raised.
