Item Wheel broken?

I am unable to get the Item wheel to open - L alt (hold) does not bring it up. I have tried re-binding it to other keys to see if that would help - still will not open. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Happened to me with the last update. Another keybind went bye bye issue. Even my game menu keybind was erased.

So the wheel of doom is now broken even more? Glad I switched to keybinds to not face that terrible thing ever again
