It's a bug?

I really do think the biggest problem with your park is that it's so spread out. I can only compare it to my own parks where I build a lot smaller in scale and rides are a lot closer together,

Orange = coasters & tracked rides
Pink = flat rides
Blue = transportation

With 7,000 guests all my coasters/tracked rides queues are mostly all 100% full and flat rides are between half full to completely full. With 9,000 guests I can get pretty much every single ride's queue full with the exception of a fewer lower prestige flat rides (the ones around 500). I actually had to expand a lot of my queues in alpine valley (lower pic) to accommodate 9,000 guests because all the queues were full and I had a lot of guests complaining and too many wondering around the paths. My go-karts can have up to a 90 minute wait! [shocked] Although that is only when I have free rides with an entry price. My queues are half the size or less when I charge for each ride.

Have you uploaded it to the workshop? I'd love to check it out and take a closer look. I like figuring out the inner workings of the simulation. [happy]

Do not be confused, the park seems deserted in the air photo because the configuration, because when we zoom out the peeps "disappear." If you look, the number of visitors I have is just over 9,000, in a small park like mine is not bad. [tongue]

I can assure you that, without counting that roller coaster and attraction in the distance, all other attractions in my park are 100% decorated. That increases the prestige, but what rises the prestige is to increase the sequences of each attraction, so that at least lasts between 2-3 minutes as well said a companion above. ^^

Sorry for the confusion then. Were the first few pictures (from above) older than the last ones? It actually looks real nice in those.
Will you decorate the "distant" rides too?

It is simply a mania that I have, I do not like to build the thing too tight. Depending on which areas may look good, but a park in real life has everything, areas with very close attractions and areas with separate attractions. The truth is that by raising the prestige I have managed to fill at least half those attractions that previously did not receive any customer, which I am proud.

I'm going to upload the park to Steam Workshop so you can inspect it. ^^

Yes, they were older. The distant walks I have decorated and I have gone up the sequences to raise the prestige and the truth is that now receive more visitors, Victory, for example. [big grin]
