Just wondering IF the actual Journal along with various attendant json files (eg status.json) only get tweaks when there's a patch to the game?
Or, can/do these file contents get patched and released separately at all?
Last but not least...do I need to wait until said patched/tweaked updates come out before I will know if my suggestions have been implemented, or, will I get any sort of reply to my suggestions beforehand?
I don't mean to be impatient but I'm pretty keen to understand how this all works (since discovering the making suggestions over the last couple months).
