Junior Coaster multiple rounds + 20 cars

Wouldn't it be a great thing to have the ability to set all coasters to do 2, 3, 4,.... rounds?
Also extending the max cars on the junior coasters to 20 instead of 16 (like the Zierer Tivoli Large coasters) [happy]

+1 for me. Setting how many times a coaster goes round a circuit is something I really want to do. Please add this frontier!

They could add multiple round to any coaster or tracked ride.

If the coaster has 1 train and block section is off, then multiple round is ON.

I miss this feature as well. It quite common with shorter coaster circuits that goes 2-3 rounds / ride.

Yes, very fair conditions. [up]

For me too. Liseberg had a kiddie coaster that went around two times. I liked how we zoomed through the station for the second lap! :D

That's what i would also use it for. The ability to make some sort of a wacky worm. Or small footprint coasters where te lack of a long track is compensated by an extra round.

This can be done by just laying the coaster track around the circuit twice - with track collisions enabled. Looks and works like real life.

Just wanted to check my theory, yes it works. Made a quick POV :)

It actually works in a kinda realistic way too, as the coaster gained prestige due to longer track (as it's the same track laid twice), so it does actually represent a 'better ride' now. I guess in campaign mode that would allow you to charge more and get higher ratings, so it works from a cash flow perspective too. Bit fiddly, but it's not that hard and it's even possible to use smoothing and make adjustments to both circuits of track and keep them aligned as one - so long as you replicate your actions when editing both tracks.

No reason this can't be used with more than 2 circuits and even multiple trains if it's set up carefully.

Nice and a good workaround…. But not what we're asking….

What are you asking for?

I am always puzzled about those track doubling around, isn't it terribly hard to align everything up?!

Not once you're used to the way it calculates smoothing, it can be done so you end up with 2 identical circuits. Does make going back in to edit later on practically impossible once you complete the second circuit though... But I guess it's practically impossible to edit a real coaster once it's finished lol.
