I personally think out of all the dinosaurs in the film series, only the ones that were recreated (or at least confirmed to have their DNA reconstructed) are more applicable. There are 18 that I found, and those ones are:
1. Segisaurus (confirmed to be part of the first film's official brochures and eventually the DPG species list)
2. Microceratus (a species shown and confirmed only in the in-universe websites, and a species that was cut from the first JW / fourth JP film)
3. Coelurus (a species that only appeared in the in-universe DPG species list)
4. Lesothosaurus (another species that only appeared in the DPG list)
5. Pachyrhinosaurus (while cut from the Fallen Kingdom film, its name still appears in the DPG species list, the auctioning screen, and it even has confirmed in-game files, yet no one knows when and where it will be released if decided)
6. Concavenator (while intended to be just fake reconstructions, accordingly to a post in the Jurassic Park Podcast, an Entertainment Weekly issue magazine further expands the diorama dinosaurs, including this dinosaur, that they are taxidermed specimens)
7. Mononykus (another set of intended fake statues later to be expanded as taxidermed dinosaurs in the issue magazine)
8. Dimetrodon (same as the last two species above)
9. Rugops (the first official in-universe website for Jurassic World advertises that the Indominus rex's scutes were from this dinosaur and two others which were majungasaurus and carnotaurus, both of which are already in-game, and even the in-game Dinopedia entry for the Indominus even says rugops was used in its creation)
10. Therizinosaurus (as confirmed by an official Universal Tumblr picture, this dinosaur's DNA was used for the Indominus rex's powerful long arms and claws)
11. Deinosuchus (while not a dinosaur itself, it's a giant crocodilian that was confirmed to be part of the Indominus rex's genome for its irregular teeth accordingly to the hybrid's hologram in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom)
12. Viavenator (an Argentina abelisaurid that was confirmed to be part of the Indominus's genome by the Fallen Kingdom hologram)
13. Quilmesaurus (another, but smaller, abelisaur from Argentina that was used in the Indominus rex's creation accordingly to the same hologram)
14. Pycnonemosaurus (yet another Argentinian abelisaur used in the same as above hybrid's creation as said by the hologram) With all these South American cretaceous abelisaurs, I think it would be so arbitrary and contrived if all added in as there really is no way to make them feel so unique like the multiple in-game Asian stegosaurs. However, I do have an idea of how these three abelisaurs could work if they are all to be planned and decided at some point. But, I plan to save it until the next upcoming big DLC is released, or at least more of it is revealed.
15. Teratophoneus (a prop that was of this species's name was used in Fallen Kingdom, placed just outside the maintenance tunnel entrance)
16. Peloroplites (a prop of that was given this species's name was used in production of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, in a scene that was used in the first big trailer for the movie, yet was cut from the final film. However, a CG skeleton of it, or at least that's what it is assumed because it looked so similar, was seen on-screen that was disintegrated by a lava flow)
*17. Mosasaurus (there are probably no current plans to add such an aquatic beast right now at this point in time, but that doesn't mean it may not ever appear in-game. When and if it does, it might be a little different from the in-game aviary)
*18. Dimorphodon (it's unknown if this pterosaur will be a part of the next big free update since 1.12 will be the introduction of the aviary building, though still unknown if it will be a part of the free update or as a DLC exclusive, but if not, then there is always another time for this small *bird to be in the game somehow)
