Help...!!! I bought this game before its release (preorder) on steam, now I have a new steam account and I want to buy the game on this account, is there any way to get the preorder version, that is, get the vehicle skins from The Lost World: Jurassic Park??
Hey Ayelen! Unfortunately it's not possible to transfer purchases from one Steam account to a different one (as far as I'm aware). If there is, you probably need to reach out to Steam for support.

If I buy the Deluxe Edition or the Premium Edition, the vehicle skins from The Lost World: Jurassic Park are included, is there a way to get those skins currently?
Hey again!

The vehicle skins inspired by The Lost World: Jurassic Park were only available as a pre-order bonus. They're not available to purchase separately, so if you didn't pre-order you won't be able to get the skins.

Honestly as someone who preordered the game and has the preorder skins for JWE2, I really do think that the preorder skins should be available to purchase for the people who werent able to preorder.

I remember asking for a preorder of the first game for my birthday, only to not get the preorder skin because it was originally preordered from Gamestop, but they wouldve only be able to give me my preorder a month later. So I never got any preorder skin. I would have loved to be able to buy the skins for a couple of bucks. Heck, I think all the multicolored Jeep skins shouldve been able to buy

Especially since they were different on every system. They should have made it possible for us to buy the other colors as a DLC. Being stuck with the orange ones on the PC version, I would have LOVED to be able to use the green ones instead and definitely would have paid for all of them.

The thing that I always wanted to do was color the Jeeps to the color of the island's sign. So Matanceros would be default, Muerta would be orange, Tacano green, Pena white, Sorna red, and Nublar blue.

They were a pre-order incentive, so we don't have plans to make them available for purchase.
How unfair.
I see a lot of people including myself who want to get the JP TLW inspired skins.
The good news is that now the Frontier team knows.
Hopefully soon they will be enabled as a skin pack, I am willing to pay for it.

it would be unfair to all those who got this PRE-ORDER BONUS just for pre-ordering. If you had pre-ordered it, you would have...

Hey Ayelen! :) We don't have plans to roll out the pre-order vehicle skins as a purchasable product. As I said previously, they were a pre-order bonus incentive, so if you missed out on the pre-order then you missed out on the vehicle skins.

That's a shame. It's kind of a predatory anti customer business practice. There's no good reason to not just sell these as an extra DLC for those who want it. They have already served their function as pre-order bonus too. People that pre-ordered the game got the extra. And even if it was added as a delayed DLC nothing would be taken way from the ones who pre-ordered. They still got the bonus earlier than everyone else.
And I say this as someone who has the pre-order bonus myself. Wait a year after release if you must. But you really should release those bonuses as a DLC. Clearly there are people willing to buy it. Not selling it afterwards just feeds into the have and have-not idea.

As someone who pre-ordered both games I too feel it's rather mean to have a limited time extra for a game. Sometimes people don't find out about the bonuses in time. Sometimes people come to the game long after it's release. It's a really crappy feeling as a customer to find a game you like, buy all the dlc, and then find out your game is still incomplete because you missed a limited time bonus. This happened to me with the vivid ankylosaurus skin in the first game (thankfully I managed to get my hands on it after the fact from someone who bought the bundle but didn't want to use the JWE skin code)

It's just a way for companies to make money off their product before they actually release it. I get it. It's about making money. But then locking that little bonus away for everyone else WHO WOULD GLADLY PAY EXTRA is both cruel and also dumb when it comes to the overall profits.

Take the first game for instance. Yeah I preordered that one too. Got the orange skins for the jeeps and helicopters. Then I found out that each console got it's own unique color pre-order skin. I saw green, white, blue, red.... all only available as preorder bonuses for their respective consoles. I hated that. I felt like no matter what I did, I'd never have the complete JWE experience. I would have so very gladly dished out extra money if they had put all those different preorder skins into a dlc so I could have more than just the orange skin. Even if I had gone out and purchase multiple consoles (I play on pc) and bought every version of the first game, I still wouldn't have a single copy of it that had EVERYTHING in one place. And that's what irks me. Like, to no end.

@Jens Erik I know the first game is over and done with but you should REALLY let the team know that if they put all the different platform exclusive preorder skins into a dlc that they would definitely make some money off of it. Same for the inGen preorder skins for JWE2. Because locking game content behind a limited one time event when there's people willing to pay for it is mean and costs you profit. I mean it's not like you guys need to put any dev time into it because the assets are already there and in the game. Just make it unlockable behind a pay wall for those that don't have it. Only thing that may take some effort is adding the different color skins from JWE1 together into a pack useable on every system.
