Just getting back in to Elite

I know this is a lazy request, but could someone give me a step by step instructions on how to set this up for VR?

I've been trolling around and have seen a hundred different answers, I'm sure there's a one size fits all for average machines, then you tweak it... right?


980ti 4770k @ 4.4 16g of ddr3

I just tried to edit my subject. You're totally right. I put it here because I saw that that board was pretty slow. It's totally on me that I am asking for community help quickly. Kind of a jerk move, but not really. I've been here since the beginning, I thought I might have a couple guys help me out due to old school name recognition... maybe not!!

I have a CV1 along with the specs I said up above. Thanks for responding.

I have the Vive.... but i would suggest to download DrKaii's EDprofiler as a start, as it makes switching back and forth much easier,
as for the settings, I cannot help you there as I do not have the CV1...
and ask one of the Admin's to move this to the VR thread.

This is just as much a "Hi Guys, I'm Back!" thread as anything else.

There's a duplicate on the VR board without the, "Hi Guys! I'm Back!" part.
