Do you actually know of a single incident where someone made a frivolous insurance reimbursement claim through a ticket and actually got their money back?

NPC attacks me as I approach my home station, ie lots of GREEN. When the NPC gets close enough the station guns open fire and the help troops flying into the fight. That better be the way it works - I want my allies to come save me. Happened nearly dozen times since 1.3.7. If fact, the first time it happened I thought the station was shooting at me.
So if you attack an NPC who is friends with the station - guess what - they going to help out their guy. That means kill you.
