So many things you could have done differently, and still you blame the game.

Could have tried finding a different trade route, one between systems with high security levels.

Could have changed loadout, ship, profession even... if trading stops being fun, why not try anything else that the game has to offer?

I just don't understand ragequitting.

Jeez! if you were that fed up with the pirates, why didn't you trade in your Type 9 for a Vulture or FDL and go after them. You can make a lot more money bounty hunting anyway.

Anybody that interdicts me has to go to his insurance company to get a new ship. maybe that's why they don't interdict me so much.

Been killed too many times by pirates when trading, costing me millions in credits, just can't
be bothered with it anymore, it didn't used to be like that, dumped tonnes of cargo, still killed
me in solo mode. It's just happened way too often recently, and you play games for fun, but
that is not fun, wasting hours of time trading, only to lose all your credits being destroyed multiple
times, with there being absolutely nothing you can do about it.

I've spent well into three figures supporting this game in reality. It's a good game, but I can't think of anything
else to try in order to mitigate the risk of trading in my type 9. Just too frustrating.

So it's gone. I will check in sometime in the future to see if I feel like playing again.

This is not a please try and talk me into staying type thread, just me venting my frustration at the game.
I daresay there are others who feel the same, and others who feel differently, that is fine.

I will go listen to some Bowie ...:-(

It really does amaze me that people apparently have player enough to get a T9 or an anaconda yet still don't understand how to do the basics in the game escaping from pirates in a T9 is easy - its escaping in a sidewinder that's hard
